1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Zakat Mizan (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

Zakat Mizan provides a platform for tracking personal wealth, calculating Zakat obligations based on live precious metal prices, and securely storing financial data. The Service is provided "AS IS" and Zakat Mizan assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. User Conduct

You agree to not use the Service to:

• Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of Zakat Mizan, designated as "Pro", require a paid subscription. By selecting a premium service, you agree to pay the one-time or subscription fees indicated. Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up and will cover the use of that service for the specified subscription period.

Subscription fees are processed securely via our payment provider, Paddle. Subscription fees are subject to change, but you will be notified in advance of any price changes affecting your account.

5. Financial Disclaimer

Zakat Mizan is designed to assist users with calculating their Zakat based on standard Islamic guidelines and current market prices. However, Zakat Mizan is not a certified fatwa council or a professional financial advisor. Users are responsible for verifying their own Zakat obligations with qualified religious scholars or financial professionals.

6. Modifications to Service

Zakat Mizan reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Zakat Mizan shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

7. Termination

You agree that Zakat Mizan may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your account and access to the Service. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to, breaches or violations of the Terms of Service, requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, or unexpected technical or security issues.
